Descriptions:

1. Technical Director of company’s FTTX projects, to support project managers, responsible for project cost, schedule and quality objectives;
2. Learn about the scope of the contract and customer demand. Output technical proposal or solution and BOQ/BOM, Responsible for planning, assist to output implementation plan, take charge of acceptance, etc.;
3. Responsible for the relevant technical customers, supplier coordination and management, to guarantee the smooth delivery of projects, to improve customer satisfaction, and to promote the consolidation and expansion of markets.

Requirements:

1. Behaved and in good health；
2. Communications, computer-related graduates, be able to communicate in English or Chinese;
3. With more than 3 years Communication Engineering, Planning or Delivery experience, familiar with the processes and quality management methods of Indonesian local communication construction project planning and design;
4. Have knowledge of optical transmission and access network knowledge, and have knowledge and experience of OSP;
5. Familiar with FTTX, Access networks and OSP Design, Construction, Acceptance standards, and Network product’s structure & performance, familiar with a variety of planning tools;
6. Have good communication skills, be good at discovering and solving problems;

PT YANGTZE OPTICAL FIBER INDONESIA (YOFI) is an optical fibre JV Company setted up in Jakarta Indonesia by the optical fibre leader YOFC(HK.06869) and a local partner PT. Monas with shareholding structure of 70%:30%. YOFI will invest 21 million USD to establish a fibre plant with production capacity of 3 million fkm optical fibre per annum, which will bring YOFI to be the first and the only one optical fibre company in Indonesia. The telecom infrastrcture of Southeast Asia is relatively backward, and most of the countries in Southeast Asia are planning to build optical communication networks, which drives the future demand for fiber optic in Southeast Asia continuing to grow. PT Jembo, one of subsidiaries of PT Monas, is one of the leading optical fibre cable manufactures and listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange. Some of the produced fibre by YOFI will be sold to PT Jembo, the rest will be sold to other clients or exported to other asian country. YOFI will take advantage of the high technologies of YOFC and the local resources of PT Monas to make its due contribution to the communication market in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
