As a Team Manager, you will set the path to success by managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. You are also expected to:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train and manage team members
- Handle day to day operation of the team including quality assurance, monitoring and coaching
- Identify training requirements and recommend skill gaps development of teammates
- Organize training needs based on teammates performance
- Manage and monitor teammates' logged in time and break schedules
- Analyze performance data and translates opportunities into action plans
- Provide meaningful coaching based on the training needs analysis and work on the identified opportunities with consultants
- Demonstrate effective coaching methods following SMART model and other coaching techniques
Required Skills
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Business Process Transformation setting
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
- Leadership skills to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
- Time management skills to keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Can speak and write any of the following languages; Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese or Thai
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
