As a Team Manager, you will set the path to success by managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. You are also expected to:


Key Responsibilities 


  • Develop, train and manage team members
  • Handle day to day operation of the team including quality assurance, monitoring and coaching
  • Identify training requirements and recommend skill gaps development of teammates
  • Organize training needs based on teammates performance
  • Manage and monitor teammates' logged in time and break schedules
  • Analyze performance data and translates opportunities into action plans
  • Provide meaningful coaching based on the training needs analysis and work on the identified opportunities with consultants
  • Demonstrate effective coaching methods following SMART model and other coaching techniques

 


 Required Skills 


  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a Business Process Transformation setting
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Leadership skills to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Time management skills to keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Can speak and write any of the following languages; Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese or Thai
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
