EDUCATION

• Bachelor or Master degree in Counseling/ Psychology or other related fields

EXPERIENCE

• Experience as School Guidance and Counselor for at least two years in K-12 school setting
• Experience with the National and Cambridge Curriculum
• Experience in handling students’ variety of characters, and in working with students with learning challenges, such as ADD, ADHD, ASD, etc
• Experience in designing IEP (Individualized Education Plan) and in student counseling

KNOWLEDGE AND CHARACTER

• 7 Habits
• Understand both National and Cambridge curriculum, and other International curriculums

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Has excellent written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Has excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (proactive, communicative and assertive)
• Has strong analytical skill to teach study skills and handle individual and small-group counseling
• Is able to build and manage relationship with colleagues, team, and parents
• Is able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully
• Is familiar with technology (computer-literate)
• Is creative, passionate, enthusiastic, warm, problem solver, team player and approachable
• Is able to meet work deadlines and manage conflicting priorities (grasp of Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits)
• Is able to develop individual student profile records and other documents related to guidance and counseling sessions
• Is able to organize school events and programs such as education fair, learning exhibition, internship program, graduate preparations programs
• Is able to develop a holistic guidance and counseling program to identify and prevent potential problems from being actual
