• Fully understands the manufacturing process and the impact that various recipe and physical parameters have on processing
• Collaborates with Marketing functions to develop new product
• Have experience in trial and formula for new product development such as sausages and meatball
• Make improvement for existing product
• Conduct market research and customers  preference for meat product as a base consideration for product development

General Requirements:

• Male age max 35 years old
• Having excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with high integrity
• Have required experience as research and development position at least 2 years in same positions
• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or other related fields from reputable university
• Computer literate
• Position to be placed at Purwakarta, West Java
