Job Description:

• Provide pre-sales support locally on the product/solution selection proposal and clarification, field trial, tender support, etcetera
• Provide after sales service on product/solution field failure analysis, failure reports, and basic on-site maintenance
• Assist to collect customers' product requirements and provide the suitable product/solution
• Update the status to the company on a timely basis for follow up and action taking on the on-going projects
• Supervise the installation and control the quality
• Finish and completing data collection and project documents
• Finish ATP with customer
• Provide the technical support to sales team and feedback to product management team
• Hands-on experience in mobile telecommunications, in-building coverage is a valuable asset/an advantage
• Good analytical skills and problem solving skills, and willing to learn new technology/products
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Having capability in operating MS Office & Autocad
• Wiling to travel frequently base on project requirement
